So we've been asked to find creativity exercises that help boost creativity. I didn't think much about that at first in terms of how this could benefit me until now. I've come across quite a few videos on YouTube that have been very interesting and helped me to think outside the box a little bit better. I feel my creativity has been heavily muted. I find myself struggling more often than not in an area where I used to excel. I find doing the things that make me happiest now frustrates me incredibly. I saw a tube channel that opened my eyes and helped me to identify a few things for me personally that were hindering me artistically. I wanted to share the creativity boost exercise but additionally, I'd like to share another video from the same channel that helped me in a way I didn't expect. The first video will discuss the creative exercise. The second video I'm going to share from the same channel is going to introduce and talk about a concept called the gap, something a lot of artists experience and I was unaware of until now. I hope you enjoy it.
