Hey there, creative friends!
Today, I had a fun time helping my son with his art homework as he dove into the amazing world of op art! For those who aren’t familiar, op art, or optical illusion art, is all about those striking black-and-white patterns and geometric shapes that create mind-bending effects and really play tricks on your eyes. My son’s project was to create an image using curved lines that look like ripples in cloth, and I just loved the idea so much that I decided to give it a whirl myself using Adobe Illustrator!
As I explored the realm of op art, I came across so many incredible creations that really make you see things in a whole new way. There’s just a wealth of fascinating pieces out there, so I definitely encourage you to check them out!
